I have always had an interest in flowers and wildlife and have found all can be incorporated into sugar.
Qualifications
After taking some evening classes in sugar floristry I was lucky enough to be accepted onto a four year diploma course at Brooklands College in Weybridge. This course covered the whole spectrum in sugar. This I passed with credits in 2006.
Whilst at College I also completed a Fresh Flower Floristry course and Food Hygiene Certificate.
Competition Winner
I have been encouraged to enter my work into competitions, gaining Silver Medals in the National Federation of Bakery Students at their annual conferences.
Silver Medal at the prestigious Hotelympia Salon Culinaire de Londres 2006 and a Bronze Medal at Cake 2006 held at the NEC, Birmingham.
I have now opened Enticing Icing to enable me to share with you my handcrafted confections.
