I have always had an interest in flowers and wildlife and have found all can be incorporated into sugar.
Qualifications
After taking some evening classes in sugar floristry I was lucky enough to be accepted onto a four year diploma course at Brooklands College in Weybridge. This course covered the whole spectrum in sugar. This I passed with credits in 2006.
Whilst at College I also completed a Fresh Flower Floristry course and Food Hygiene Certificate. My premises is inspected and certified by Environmental Health Elmbridge Borough Council.
I am also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
I have now opened Enticing Icing to enable me to share with you my handcrafted confections.
