Madeira Sponge is filled with jam and buttercream. A flavoured buttercream is available upon request. Chocolate cakes may be filled with dark, milk or white chocolate buttercream. Hand-made Sugar Floristry Flowers and foliage compliment a celebration cake and these can be recreated in sugar to match your requirements. Please browse the Sugar Floristry gallery to see a little of what can be created. Prices It simply is not possible to give an exact price because of the complexity of this range. However, as a guide a small rose spray (see gallery) would start at £30.00. My celebrations cakes are highly individual and may be simple or elaborate in design. Most cakes in the celebrations gallery would fall within the price range £55.00 - £300.00. The price obviously depends on size and complexity of the required design. |
